Cooking is a skill that doesn’t come easy – it takes time and dedication to hone your culinary skills. This class will take you through the basic steps! Each guest will learn how to properly use a knife and a variety of different cutting techniques. We will use these techniques to create elegant sauces for our entree course. While cutting, guests will dine on fresh breads and salsas prepared by Chef Thomas. For the entree, each guest will take apart their own chicken and create a chef inspired classic chicken dish with a potato puree, roasted local vegetables, and a natural jus. For the final dish, guests will learn how to make a proper chocolate cake with a scratch made buttercream, topped with roasted white chocolate and berries.
