We love brunch here at The In Home Chef and we’d love to share our delicious morning recipes with you! On arrival each guest will be greeted with a mimosa while they create their own parfait with assorted fresh toppings and homemade granola. Chef Thomas will then show everyone the proper way to make decadent, creamy scrambled eggs paired with a goat cheese mousse, a potato hash brown casserole, and a scratch made hollandaise sauce. To complete the class, guests will create a french toast bake with a spiced creme anglaise and candied nuts. Your Instagram feed won’t know what hit it!
