Love is certainly in the air at this time of year and it’s been infused into this menu! Focusing on the love of rich foods, Chef Thomas will use unique ingredients and new techniques to guide our guests through this delicious three course class. First, you will learn how to properly clean and take apart shrimp that will be made into a simple soft polenta. The main dish will feature both lobster and steak, paired with a scratch made hollandaise sauce, potatoes and local vegetables. The final dish is all about the love of chocolate, where each guest will create their own delicious mousse with assorted textures. You’re guaranteed to leave this class feeling a little starry eyed!
