Having recently travelled to Morocco, Chef Thomas has created an amazing 3 course cooking class that captures the aromatic flavours of the beautiful country. Guests will begin by preparing a traditional Moroccan salad with pickled beets, marinated carrots, stewed lentils, tomatoes, and cucumber salsa. For the main dish, Chef Thomas will guide guests through the preparation of a delicious chicken and vegetable tagine. To top off the evening, everyone will make their own rosewater flan.
