J’aime la nourriture! For this class you’ll be taking a culinary trip to France.
The first course will make you feel like you’re sitting by the eiffel tower with warm brie, fresh baguette and whole roasted garlic. For the entree, guests will learn how to make a french classic, Coq au Vin. To end the trip we finish with dessert, Tarte Tatin.
