This class is all about your favourite poultry, chicken.
For the first course guests will learn how to make a chicken terrine. This will be paired with honey truffle mustard, crostini and pickled vegetables. For the main course the Chef will show guests how to prepare spatchcock cornish hen with proper seasonal vegetables. For dessert you’ll learn how to make a light and delicious lemon mousse with cake crumb.
