If you’re a lover of chocolate then this is the class for you because we’ll be using it in every course! First, the Chef will be combining chocolate and foie gras. Next, for your entree you’ll learn how to make a Mexican inspired dish, Chicken Mole. Lastly for dessert we’re going old school and making chocolate fondue! The Chef will show you how to make the perfect fondue sauce for dipping fruit, bread or anything you’d like!
