Gluten free is becoming a huge thing in our time and I don’t want anyone to think they can’t enjoy and indulge in some amazing foods!

Join me where I show you a very easy Polenta Cake with Brown Butter Pumpkin, Burrata Cheese and Prosciutto. Once that has been done, we will jump into everyones favorite…Sweet Potato Gnocchi (Gluten free of course!) with Braised Beef Cheek and Wild Mushrooms. To end the evening, a decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake where I will show you some Chef inspired garnishes to impress anyone.

Cost: $95.00 per person plus tax; this includes wine service, 3 interactive courses and completed recipes at the end of the class, 3 hours long
