OPA! – October 12th, 2018

If you love Greek cuisine then you don’t want to miss this class!

For the first course guests will be shown how to make their own spanakopita with fresh tzatziki sauce. For the entree the Chef will show you how to grill lamb chops. We’ll be taking the freshest Ontario lamb and giving it a Greek flare! The lamb will be served greek potatoes and a traditional greek salad. To finish the class guests will learn how to make Greek honey cake with figs.

Cost: $95.00 per person plus tax; this includes wine service, 3 interactive courses and completed recipes at the end of the class, 3 hours long
