We’re bringing back our pasta class, but doing something new! With Italian cuisine- especially pasta, there’s no shortage of amazing choices. To kick off this class we’re going to have you snacking on some delicious local meats and cheeses and you’ll even get to make your own fig and onion jam. Next, you’ll learn how to make a classic spinach and ricotta filled ravioli paired with a herbed cream sauce. For dessert, we’ll take an Italian staple, Nutella and make mini Nutella donuts with some vanilla bean gelato on the side.
