Because we knew you couldn’t get enough, we decided to do another pasta themed night!

To start the class guests will be shown how to make deep fried manchego paired with your own homemade pesto. For the next course we’re taking things up a notch, so guests will learn how to make lobster gnocchi and served with sea urchin butter. For dessert, panna cotta – an Italian classic. You’ll learn how to make your own honeycomb and chocolate bark to complete the dish.
