They do say that bacon goes with everything. This class is all about pork!

For the first course we’ll be making prosciutto and melon salad with figs. Next, guests will learn how to properly clean and sear a pork tenderloin with creamy polenta. For dessert we’re going to combine two favourites, chocolate and bacon, and that’s all were going to tell you!
