This class is all about soup for any season.
The Chef will take you through how to make three different soups. I start the class with showing you my signature Cream of Potato and Leek with Chive Oil, Charred Bread and Truffle. Then onto a classic in French Onion Soup where you will learn how to properly caramelize onions and toast croutons with sharp Grierure Cheese. To finish, a twist on soup for dessert and this is something you will have to wait and see. The soup is warm, what are you waiting for.
