This class is all about soup for any season.
The Chef will take you through how to make three different soups. First, guests will learn how to make a sweet pea soup, topped with creme fraiche and crispy prosciutto. Next up – Italian Wedding soup, where you’ll make your own broth and meatballs. Lastly, guests will be shown how to make a strawberry dessert soup, where you’ll get to have fun with plating and toppings.
