Rise and Shine! Learn the secrets for creating the most impressive and scrumptious brunch dishes.
Your morning will be greeted with mimosas and pastries upon arrival. We will then dive right into creating Baked Brie with Phyllo and Maple Summer Berries, sure to make your mouth water. You will then be able to master our unique hollandaise recipe which can be added to multiple dishes, including your morning brunch of Eggs Benedict with Smoked Steelhead Trout. Lastly, you will put those extra pastries to use and create a Sweet Cinnamon and Bourbon Vanilla Bread Pudding.
