Where’s The Beef?

That’s right, this class is all about Beef. To begin the class the Chef will show guests how to make beef tartare.

You’ll be pairing the tartare with crostini, pickled vegetables and other creative items to help make your plate look beautiful. Next, you’ll learn how to make the perfect steak. Guests will learn how to properly sear a flat iron steak paired with scalloped potatoes, seasonal vegetables and jus. For dessert, strawberry shortcake made with fresh Heeman’s strawberries!
