Do you want to take your cooking to the next level before this holiday season? If you love to celebrate life’s big moments with food, join our upcoming cooking class, where you will learn the art of making fresh pasta while sipping on a glass of wine!
Chef Thomas will begin the class with a dish that, while not pasta, is certainly in the same spirit—an exquisite mushroom and chèvre risotto. For the second, hands-on course, you’ll make fresh fettuccine topped with pomodoro sauce, creamy whipped burrata, and a drizzle of century-aged balsamic vinegar. To finish, you’ll learn to bake a sweet lemon cake with spiced ricotta and poached pears—a dessert perfectly suited for the holiday season.
The class is approximately 2.5 Hours in length, and will take place in our beautiful kitchen at Prim Peony in Wallacetown!
