Mothers Day Brunch

Your Mother is a special person in your life, so why not treat her to a special Mothers day brunch cooking class?! Come join us for MAMAosas and learn how to create the perfect Smoked Salmon Chevre Tart with caviar, creme fraiche with a side of truffle hash browns. Next learn to create our smoked cinnamon and pistachio cinnamon rolls with espresso martini cream. Need I say more? Let’s celebrate Moms the right way! We hope to see you all soon.

Pasta, Need I Say More

Do you want to take your cooking to the next level before this holiday season? If you love to celebrate life's big moments with food, join our upcoming cooking class, where you will learn the art of making fresh pasta while sipping on a glass of wine! Chef Thomas will begin the class with a dish that, while not pasta, is certainly in the same spirit—an exquisite mushroom and chèvre risotto. For the second, hands-on course, you’ll make fresh fettuccine topped with pomodoro sauce, creamy whipped burrata, and a drizzle of century-aged balsamic vinegar. To finish, you’ll learn to bake a sweet lemon cake with spiced ricotta and poached pears—a dessert perfectly suited for the holiday season. The class is approximately 2.5 Hours in length, and will take place in our beautiful kitchen at Prim Peony in Wallacetown! There are only 10 spots available in our intimate kitchen.
